Meet Chad Rodgers
Chad isn’t here to throw random workouts at you.
He built his coaching around one mission: helping busy professionals and former athletes rebuild real, lasting strength and trust in their bodies.
A former professional baseball player drafted in the 3rd round by the Atlanta Braves, Chad spent nearly a decade in the minors before multiple career-ending injuries forced him to train with some of the best strength coaches and physical therapists in the world.
That experience, combined with coaching over 28,000 sessions as a gym owner, taught him how to simplify elite training for real life.
Whether you’re starting over or trying to get back to your athletic prime, Chad focuses on building strength, confidence, and consistency so you can move pain-free and feel like yourself again.
